sqlplus, lsnrctl not working

Dear All,
I was installed oracle 10g and 10204 patch (silent installation), everything went fine.after the patch
sqlplus and lsnrctl are not working

here is my .bash_profile
export ORACLE_HOME=/dboracle/orabase/product/10.2.0
export PATH=$PATH:$ORACLE_HOME/bin:.
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/lib

and when i try to start sqlplus it simply returns to bash prompt.

[oracle@vsl001a034 bin]$ sqlplus
[oracle@vsl001a034 bin]$ lsnrctl
[oracle@vsl001a034 bin]$ lsnrctl status
[oracle@vsl001a034 bin]$

[oracle@vsl001a034 OPatch]$ opatch lsinventory
Invoking OPatch 10.2.0.4.2
