Weird things with Blackout scheduled times.

in Managing Databases using Enterprise Manager (MOSC) Question
I'm trying to schedule a blackout for a system reboot.  It occurs at 1:00am CST every night.  I am in the PST, the system is in the CST.  When I create the blackout, all the individual object times are in EST and after saving the blackout it ends up scheduled at 9:16am PST.
Anyone else have any issues with scheduling blackouts?
