Entry in alert log when using EXPDP

 I am gettiing entries in alert while using expdp as follows

The value (30) of MAXTRANS parameter ignored.
kupprdp: master process DM00 started with pid=19, OS id=30990
         to execute - SYS.KUPM$MCP.MAIN('SYS_EXPORT_SCHEMA_02', 'SCOTT', 'KUPC$C_1_20101222074525', 'KUPC$S_1_20101222074525', 0);
kupprdp: worker process DW01 started with worker id=1, pid=20, OS id=30992
         to execute - SYS.KUPW$WORKER.MAIN('SYS_EXPORT_SCHEMA_02', 'SCOTT');

can we stop this types of entries in alert log

My database oracle 10g on LINUX
