Multiple OU's under 1 Legal Entity

We have 12 OU's working under 1 Legal Entity
We need Income Statment and Balance sheet of each OU, thats why we have each OU as a company segment and created BSV's

Issue:
At Invoice:
Expense 01-00-12001
Liability 01-00-54001

Payment:

Liability 01-00-54001
Bank 02-00-14002

What setups do we require to process this transaction with Liability of one OU being paid by Bank of other OU

What would be the impact on Balance Sheet of different OU's ? How would it balance ?
