Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to create a task for a SR, if the work is related to Software?

Hi,

Is it possible to create a task for a Service Request for a Software product, example VTCS and HSC (SW for Library control).

Using the MOS is it possible to open a task for HW, but we were not able to open for SW.

I appreciate your help!
