Receiving a critical warning frequently

Hi,

We have installed and configured Oracle 11g Grid control for our databases. Very frequently we are receiving the below alert for one of our databases; please suggest us as soon as possible.

 

"log_status (TNS- 1190), log_directory (TNS- 1190), inbound_connect_timeout (TNS- 1190), trc_directory (TNS- 1190), .Please chk log for details. "
