Trying to configure classic export on Windows to use wildcards

edited Dec 28, 2010 2:08AM in Database Utilities (MOSC) 4 commentsAnswered
Hi,
On Windows I need to create a classic export dumpfile that has a unique name each time it's run using wildcard characters.  I have tested %U and %DATE% but for some reason it is taking the wilcards literally and actually using the %U and %DATE as part of the name instead of replacing it with the name or date.  What am i doing wrong here?

Thanks
Chad
