Local Wages not in W2 workfile

We have installed the YE ESUs for 8.12 and are not getting local wages/taxes in the F07824 or F07831.  W3 does not display local amounts and W2s only show SDI......

Has anyone else experienced this?  We have opened a Service Request and waiting to hear.
