How to restore LPN DFF recor data deleted from the mobile personalization form?

 Hi all,
Following is the ct issue

"When use MWA Personalization framework to change the page "Mobile LPN Update, LPNDFF has been deleted on page Mobile LPN Update carelessly, how to restore it? we need it show on this page.
Has deleted one record data, but I don't know the Base table name of this record, please tell me the base table name for this delete row, so I can restore it"

Please check and advice on this.
