How to change the project dates so that it schedules using late dates

 Dear all,

can someone help me , i need to change the programme/project dates so that it schedules using late dates ( i.e early dates = late dates schedule).I have done it in the past using global change tool, but unfornately i cant remember how i did it. Please help
