Not getting workflow mails

  Hi all,

I've configured the Workflow mailer and all the WF mailer services are up and running. I've successfully tested the mail communication to the SMTP server using test mail, but no luck with Workflow mails. I'm not getting any WF mails to the configured mail address.

The mails are getting processed by the WF mailer agent and the WF mailer log also looks fine.

Can some one please let me know what could be wrong? Thanks in Advance!

EBS : 12.1.2
Database : 11.2.0
