JDE Global HCM Implementation

Is anyone using JDE1 in as a global resource for HR data?  We are currently in an few countries and would like to capture employee data in JDE1 - any advice would be appreciate.  Just a note ,we are not currently using JDE payroll so we do not have to worry about that at this time but if anyone has any headups on that process for global please let me know as well. Much thanks.
