Migration to 11.5.10 from 11.5.9

 Hi,
We have a application on 11.5.9 and 9i database. We want to migrate to 11.5.10. There are many customized objects.

My question is what all things we should take care in this migration.

One thing that i can think of is change in table structure. Can anybody please tell me where can I get the document for the change in table structure from 11.5.9 to 11.5.10?
Also please let me know if there are any other changes we need to take into consideration
