The best approche to guarentee to transfer all data to the physical standby and avoid any corruptio

archive_lag_target      is 30 minutes

My Questions are if there is down time on the production :

Shall I directly switch to the standby without check the corruption on the physical standby ?

what is the best approch for that?

What about the the lost data?what is the best way to avoid data loss??is it it to apply Physical standby in real time?

or shall I keep the logs on different machine? any other suggestions?

Thanks for your answer ,but there is one thing I need to clearfy the crash on the production is not corruption say  network card problem.
