OCSG 5.0 stop receiving SMS if any user send businesscard on Shortcode

 Hi All,
I observed strange behavior in OCSG5.0 if any customer send businesscard on shorcode 1234. OCSG stop receiving SMS on this particular shortcode and keep receiving SMS from rest mapped shortcodes.

To resolve this issue we have to drop SMS on SMSc level and after that it start receiving rest of SMS on 1234 shortcode.

Please suggest why OCSG fail to receive SMS and any resolution?
