My Oracle Support - Last Update field shows 'today' but there are no actual updates. What is up with
I am looking at 'My Oracle Support', 'Service Requests'. I see several open Service Requests (SR) that have a 'Last Updated' field of 'today'. But there are no actual updates in the SR.
This is horribly confusing when, as we do, we have several analysts, admins and etc looking at a set of Service Requests.
Why is this happening? Can it be fixed?
