Can you enter a sales order in one UOM but ship in a different UOM

 We are on 11.5.10.2 and have the problem where our customer will only order in their retail unit which is each. We only ship in cases which is equal to 6 eaches per case. When we get their PO we always have to divide by 6 to get the correct amount of cases to ship. Is there a way to automate this so I could enter the eachs, but shipping would only see the case count. I know I can use alternate UOM, but I need the sales order to say one UOM, and shipping to only see the other
