 Hi All;

Would anyone care to share a script that will read an Oratab file, and for each database set to autostart, try to connect as a certain user.  It shouls then be capable of sending E-mail if any of the databases are not fully open.  I am sure that there are a lot of Junior DBA's out there that could make great use of the script.
