Unable to retire assets

 hi

when we are trying to retire an asset we get the following error

APP-OFA-48393: program exited with errors:

unable to get the concurrent request status using procedure

FND_CONCURRENT.GET_REQUEST_STATUS.

error msg name-after trx_app

we have not yet run the depreciation for that period. can anyone help me identify the root cause. thank you in advance

we are on 11510.2
