For release A91 and above: When a user is deleted from the system using option 9 on the Review User

  For release A91 and above:

If you have a user that has Action Code/Search Type Security set up, and you delete that user using option 9 on the Review User Security screen (V00921), the Action Code Security for that user is not being deleted from the Action Code/Search Type Security File (F0103).

SAR # 8972152 has been entered to correct the issue, but for now you will need to manually go into the Action Code/Search Type Security screen and delete the user's record.
