PCards and Positive Pay - Wells Fargo problems

How can we process Purchasing Cards (PCards) in AP so the format goes to the bank much like ACH.  I'm looking for other clients that have done this and can get me started.  I have also heard that there are some troubles with Positive Pay and Wells Fargo.  Does anyone have speciffics?
