Mass Issue to a work order

 Dear Folks,

My client is having a mass issue custom component concurrent programme where he faces issues like

a) Issue of items is not happening for few work orders where as the same is happening in front end.

b) Issue of item is happening with -ve value when there is no onhand qty exists for the item.(Org parameter -Negative balance allowed check box is Disabled.)

c) Daily 50 work orders are getting created so they follow the Mass issue custom programme.Client needs this custom programme.How can I rectify this issues.Highly appreciate for Best suggestions.
