 Please explain me in detail or provide me any useful document on Rate definition based on SAW.OTM user guide followed but unable to get the clear understanding.

a)How to define Equipment type?

b)How to define  rates set up for each equipment type?

c)How to define the Cost Operand I.D.?What is its functionality?
