FSG Reports Security

Hi All,
We have made many reports through FSG. But there is a requirement that to Responsibility "A" show only "5 Reports" and to  Responsibility "B" show "10 Reports". And we dont want to show system standard FSG reports to our customized responsibilities. Is there anyway to fulfill the requirement ?

We are using Oracle 11i.
