error during EDI order import

Hi All,

 

We are facing some error during EDI order import into Apps “User-Defined Exception in Package OE_SCHEDULE_UTIL Procedure Load_Results_from_tbl”. Orders are successfully getting imported into Apps but because of this error, our orders are not getting scheduled during/after order import. I believe during order import, the orders will come in booked status and lines will come in scheduled status. But here my lines are in booked status and not progressing at all. When I checked the metalink for this error, they say to clear the errors from oe_lines_iface_all table. But my order has already come to base apps and I don’t
