OTL: Timekeeper entry submitted timesheet not change status

  Is there something that changed with otl after applying patches for 2010 end of year phase 2 etc?

testing otl timesheet entry as part of overall testing for patch 10399900 and learned that submitted timesheets are not displaying the approved status.  Run Submission on Timecards concurrent request completed normal.

Need to know either correct process to fix or better keywords to search oracle support for solution.
