How to grant users access to view the output of requests run by other people

 Hi all,

Please, let me know where i can get the right manner to setup Oebs R12 in order to see the output of the request which has been launched by another person.

In 11i, we used profile option 'Concurrent: Report Access Level' whereas in R12, it has been replaced

by Role based Access control (RBAC)

I don't manage to setup this even if i read user guide
