Cancelled Order - Stock remains reserved

For a specific item and organization I have stock on hand in Oracle Inventory but no stock available to reserve. I have traced the stock on hand amount to a cancelled order. This information reflects in the reservations form ( INVRSVF1).

Longer term I know that there is setting on an org level to ensure that when orders are cancelled after being picked that the appropriate move order is also cancelled.

In this case however there is anot a corresponding move order and therefore I do not know how to cancel this reservation. There is no data in the MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS_TEMP table which I would expect there to be.
