BPA template contains stale data

 Hello Receivables community,

We are having an odd problem with a template that has been kind of corrupted or so!!

The developer was working when an error message arouse and then when he tried to edit back the template he was unable to modify anything in the template, that's when we realise that something wrong got it.

We thought that we might have deadlocked himself, so we killed the sessions and rebounced the web server with no resolution. Even shutting down database and coming back in did not work.

So our guessings are right now that the data within the BPA template has got in a state that made it corrupted and even when trying to copy the template to another, the new template inherited the stale data error.
