US PAY: W2 PDF Pay_action_parameters - threads must be = 1?

I found a note I wrote from the YE webcast #2 10/20/2010 that "for W2 PDF Pay_action_parameters - threads must be = 1. Cannot be > 1".

 

Our is currently set to 12. Can anyone tell me what the affects of changing from 12 to 1 might be on our existing processes? And/or why it must be changed?
