 Hi,
Assignment Manager and Service Request Processor are always unavailable. Settings the event log level to 5, I got the error:
Problem Description: Additional Message: dict-ERR-1109: Unable to read value from export file (Data length (4) > Column definition (3)).

There are some topics about this in Support but all the recommend actions (delete rulecache and dicache and bounce the Siebel Server or Enable N-Char Support) have no effect.

Any other recommendation.
