gc domain validation

 Hi All,

Could you help me out by throwing some light on gc domain validation event as I do not know in what situation it comes up?

Please suggest me some action plan to trobleshoot as users are facing performnce issue and query is running slow.

My env is SUN 64 bit sparc.

oracle 10.2.0.4 RAC with 4 node.
