Rollover question: Sick Time
I'm having a brain drain. The concept of 'sick time' is relatively new for us; we've only had it for a year or two. Now we've brought on another company whose rollover requirements are different than our own. I need to run the rollover program separately for the two companies, with a different limit on the amount to roll over for each. Let's say Co 1 can carry over up to 40 hours of unused sick (to be added to the new accrual to come up with the new available) and Co 2 can carry over up to 30 hours
