Archive log not yet applied on stand by

HI,

We have DG setup for one of our primary databases. Today we observed that on standby location one archive log status (i.e. the applied column value in V$ARCHIVED_LOG view ) is "NO". The log sequence number is 1927970 and rest of archive log have been successfully applied. 

Could you please explaine only this archive log has not been applied on standby? What can be done for this?

Please and please respond as early as possible.
