Error msg displayed in English for Spanish Application only in eConfig Page

Hi

I have an SR where the Customer is using Spanish Application. In eConfig page when the customer clicks on Save button after making the modifications, the error message is displayed in English. In all other places throughout the application Spanish error messages are displayed. Only for eConfigurator the message is in English.

This is reproducible in Standard srf also. 

1.     Does anyone have any idea from where is this code being triggered so that the customer can manually change the error message to Spanish?

2.     Can this code be modified?

Any inputs will be highly appreciated.
