ORA-27300

Frequently I am getting the following error in alert log file

ORA-27300: OS system dependent operation:fork failed with status: 12
ORA-27301: OS failure message: Not enough space
ORA-27302: failure occurred at: skgpspawn3 

What is the solution for it?

My database version is 10.2.0.4 on AIX(2 node RAC)
