Buyer unable to see 'Note to Buyer'

Hi,

I am using EBS R12.I have a query. A user creates a requisition and puts in 'Note to Buyer' ,'Justification' and also attaches a document.

The requisition gets approved and the Purchase Order has to be generated. The buyer is unable to see the 'Note for Buyer'.

My query is :

a. Is there a way wherin the buyer can see from one place all the details like 'Note to Buyer','Justification' and attachment.

b. If option 'a' is not possible then where can he see 'Note to Buyer'.
