Task not getting synchronized

 Hi All

The User deleted the Task in the Form. The Task is also not available in PA_Tasks Table, however we are able to see the task in Project List (i.e., HTML Page-Project List-->Workplan-->Task).

We are in 11.5.10.2, we want to know the cause for this issue & also solution
