Job is getting failed

 Hello All,

Wish you happy New Year!!

I am getting one issue in which one of the job is getting failed after the upgardation from 9.2.0.8 to 10.2.0.5 server.Could you please let me know is this a dbms scheduler issue please update me.

Error Messages us follows:

ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "PUBLIC.UTL_FILE"
