Starting Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Database Control fails

Hello,

Somebody has any idea why my EM won't start.
It runs for all my other db's on that (Solaris) server, just not for thisone.
I recreated the repos for 4 times, but the error stays.
Is this an configuration issue, or are some java files broken ? I don't know anymore.


I added some logfiles. 

Starting Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Database Control ............................................................................................. failed.
------------------------------------------------------------------
Logs are generated in directory /orahome/oracle/product/10.2.0/xgissun/xgissun_xgissun/sysman/log
