How to override budget amount is budget journal is enabled?

 We are using budget journal. How can we upload new budget revision and override the previous budget amount instead of uploading the incremental amount? We find it a hassle to calculate the incremental amount and the process will be easier if we were to upload the total new budget amount.

Any input is very much appreciated.
