 A role hierarchy exists to prevent a conflict when a user signs on having *ALL roles applied and has multiple roles included in their *ALL role.  To set the hierarchy, execute the Work with User/Role Profile application (P0092) and then click the Role Sequence row exit.  On this screen you will see all roles added to the system.
