JavaClient login is throwing error "Server is not valid or is unavailable"

 Hi All,
I have installed Agile 9.3.1 PLM on WLS 11gR1.

I have started the services through startAgile.sh script.

I could able to access WebClient without any issues.
While launching Java Client getting error in the login page as "Server is not valid or is unavailable".

I have verified pcclient.jnlp and don't see any issues.

What could be the reason, where else I need to check.

Please suggest.
