Print Packing slip report

 Hi,
      I want to print packing slip oracle  but the system need to input the parameter as below
 
Warehouse
Delivery name
etc.

   And the problem is delivery name, when i click to LOV there is non so i type something there and it got a nessage history "No entries found for LOV...

How can i set up delivery name ? Or What can i do? Please advise.
