How to define document set

 Hi,
    When i go to shipping transaction form and try to print socument set. But i cannot prin it. The message show as "Submitted 0 out of 1 documents for this document set.(REQ_IDS=) Warning: Document Pick Slip Report PDF Output was not submitted as a criteria was not specified"

So the question is
1.What is the problem?
2.How can i set the document or how to define document category ?

This communities really help me so much. Please kindly answer.
