How to track Server Activity

 Hi
How can I track / Monitor current activities of my server running Oracle EBS R11/12 on RHEL 4. Which files to monitor?
I want to know everything that is going on on my server.

What processes running? users connected? what users are doing? what oracle is doing what application processes doing ......everything.

In short (although its not short) I want to monitor all activities on my server.
