Regarding PO Close, its Implications and Actions possible...specially BPA and Release

Hi,
I want to know all Regarding PO Close, for Document Type BPA, Release and Standard PO. Eligibility for Closing a PO (BPA ), Actions that may Reopen the PO, Can i create a Release after BPA is closed, Can I Receive, Invoice, Return against Old Release that was created before BPA Closure.
