RXI Fixed Assets Reports display arabic characters in reverse direction

 Hi,
My Applications is 11.5.10.2 and DB 9.2.0.8 running on Windows Platform.

When i Submit RXI: Fixed Assets Reports, the output has arabic characters which are displayed in
reversed / flipped direction.
All other standard reports are displayed in correct direction for arabic characters.

As per metalink note i applied patch 5087174, but the issue still exists.

Also i have found on metalink that, when the users log into applications with ARABIC, the arabic characters
are displayed correctly in the output, but in my case though i log into ARABIC the arabic characters are still
displayed in wrong direction.

Appreciate for your suggestions.
