Hi,
When taking a physical inventory snapshot, what item statuses are included in the snapshot? We are seeing a difference between the snapshot was taken off inventory and the on hand quantity information. We suspect the snapshot only includes item status of active. Is that true? If so why how do we track quantities of items we no longer want to purchase but we have quantities for?
