WIP Jobs creation API

 Hi,
I have a requirement for a custom form which replicates the WIP process for oracle discreet manufacturing. I am looking for an API to create jobs, update jobs. On looking through the oracle docs, I found one api WIP_MASS_LOAD_PUB api, which has createonejob procedure to create jobs. Is this the correct api to create jobs or is there any other api available.


Any help is appreciated.
